You need at last one day of rest.

You an also use light jogs as active recovery.

Need no more than 5 mile runs, according to Angelo Dundee.

Once every other day is what I heard. With sprints about 2 times a week.

Yes course you can. You can run twice or three times a day if you want. Angelo Dundee has nothing to do with your question and neither do sprints really.

as long as you don't get shin splints or get injures from running too much, you are able to run everyday..

I tried combining running daily with training 5 days a week. Wouldnt reccomend it since it hampers your recovery from training

    Exactly.

You could run every day, but why bother?

Especially when the OP is talking about fat loss.
Long slow to medium paced runs every day are not the answer.

I was under the impression that slow paced runs are not too taxing on you physicly and burn more calories then short high paced stuff. And for fatloss don't you have to burn more calories?
If it isnt the answer then maybe share it with me and save me from wasting tiem running everyday

I wouldn't recommend running every day, much less if you're running in the woods (higher risk of injuries and nibbling knee injuries).

I would do other forms of conditioning and mix in running on one or two resting days per week. (No more than 5 miles imo)

Thats not a good idea if he is seriously overweight/unfit.

Aziz you can run everyday however it is not recommended, you will eventually succumb to overtraining, even professional runners do not usually run seven days a week, you will be better of mixing it up so run maybe three days and do some other form of exercise such as swimming or cycling etc. another two or three days of the week.

Your diet will have far more impact on fat loss than exercise so make sure you get that right or you are wasting your time.
