I would class myself as a Floyd hater due to being so frustrated with him. Im not looking for the man to get beat , just to have the greatest tests , because after watching this sport for 30 years there hasnt been a fighter with so much skill that ducks and avoids and vacations. His latest story is how much PPV's an opponent should receive , its just bull****.

If Floyd finished his career with a 45 - 2 / 4 , but with Tszyu , Cotto , Margarito , Forrest , Wright , Prime Oscar , Prime Shane on his resume nobody would think anyless of him . He would still rake in the numbers and you know what ? Manny wouldnt even be part of the conversation because we could say Floyd had already done it. But he hasnt.

    Peace.

I think that's exactly the case. I don't think Floyd likes the idea of having a large portion of revenue go to Arum if Pac-Floyd was to be made. It's not necessarily a bad thing to have the desire to choke Arum as most die hard fans can't stomach him. I wouldn't harm a weak old man unless I had to but damn, if I saw Arum getting physically assaulted, I'm not sure I'd feel bad.

Well yeah I kinda agree, I'd pay for that PPV....it would be the first Floyd ppv I'd buy in years. Floyd vs an octagenerian tag-team of Bob and Larry.

Chavez is a cash cow, that cannot be denied. As mentioned he's got Rios and Donaire. And he has maybe the best prospect in boxing, Benavidez

When folks give the opponents Mayweather "should" have fought, that would automatically make them love him, it's rife with over-sized fighters and fighters that were approached by Mayweather near their peaks, but were turned down.

    Cotto- Approached and turned down.

    Prime Mosley- Called out.

    Prime ODLH- ODLH/welterweight, Mayweather/featherweight

Forrest after destruction of Mosley- Forrest/welterweight, Mayweather/lightrweight

Winky- Wright/ light middlewieght, Mayweather/ lightweight

Margarito- Closest thing to a duck on the list.

I know Mayweather is special, but why do people disregard the fact that he's the much smaller man in all of these fights and without massive catchweights, these fights wouldn't happen.

These guys fail to realize that Mosley turned Mayweather down to go fight Oscar which I don't blame him. They then turn around and say Floyd didn't fight him in his prime. :patsch That is some ****ed up logic right there.

    OK,

And I dont want this to turn into an argument , but the fact is that when the 147 division was at its hottest in recent times was when Floyd fought a ****ing poor Hatton then left the sport. Returning 2 years later now the division has cooled does not mean beating a shot shane (and he was), beating a shot Cotto (which he is) should be recognised as great acheivements.

Whether Floyd wins or not , but fighting in those two years would have really added some years to Floyd and we all know it.

What the **** you talking about ??? He wasnt hanging with Charlie Sheen for two years!

So you are saying that being away from the sport was harder than fighting Prime Cotto , Margarito and Williams????
