Yeah, Vitali never fancied a fight with Haye. Haye's too fast and skilled for him. Always said Vitali would avoid him. ;)

Although I think Vitali is totally finished now, the fact that delusions of granduer Haye thinks he has avoided him is laughable. Haye wins for me

Remember Haye saying Wlad would never get back into the ring with a fast powerful puncher in himself. This was in the post fight press conference after he lost comprehensively. ****ing deluded twat. :patsch:roll:

What a turnaround it would be for his career if he wins.

Vitalis putting his legacy at risk with this fight, he's at an age where retirement is justified. Respect to him if he fights Haye.

the thing is, the smug twat would probably win and be even more insufferable. I hope Vitali has one last great performance in him

Haye way way too fast for Vitali now, maybe 18 month ago Vitali still beats Haye, after the Del Boy fight I dont think Vitali can handle Haye.

If it happens I hope K2 insert one of their infamous "you must rematch one of the Klitschkos" clause, as otherwise I see Haye basking in his 'glory' as a paper champion again should he win. The WBA title he held was nothing but a paper title due to the way Chagaev was stripped for fighting Wladimir rather than rematching Valuev. (That in itself is pretty humorous, as Chagaev only fought Wladimir after Haye pulled out first time around.) Winning the WBC title from Vitali would at least be more respectable than winning the WBA title from Valuev, but after all the smack Haye has talked hopefully he wouldn't be content just to hold that when he's always been so vocal about Wladimir being such a winnable fight for him.

I'm happy to watch Vitali splatter Haye all over the ring if its for free.

Any ideas of bringing BO out of retirement and they can **** off though

Funny how popular opinion on here seems to now put Haye as a slight favourite if they do end up fighting. To me, there's not been a great deal to suggest that Haye's chances have drastically improved because of Vitali 'aging'. He battered Adamek around the ring for 10 rounds in the fight before last and still pretty comfortably handled Chisora with in effect one hand.

Haye would still need to put in an excellent performance to beat him IMO. Vitali out of the 2 has always been the one I'd give him a better chance against but if he were to win if they do fight, I'd be very impressed still.
