Well if any small Heavy could've done it would be Joe Louis, but I wouldn't bet on that if I were you. Wlad beats the smaller Heavys with ease, it's what he does. He uses his height, superior boxing skills & ATG power to make certain they don't get that chance. He's so fast for such a big guy that they're one advantage being fast is cancelled out.
