The Klitschkos hate Haye. The best way to hurt Haye would be to deny him another huge payday. If Vitali doesn't fight him, he will never get another payday on that scale. But the Klitschkos also like money and there are no challengers left. If Haye actually gave it his all he could maybe beat Vitali, who is too slow and old at this point.
No i dont think the klitschkos hate him! hate is a strong word! They dont like him because of the t-shirt thing and his big mouth! But without that vitali and haye would get along quite well! After they fight they might be cool with everything that happened before the fight !
