    Flea, just how highly do you rate that Khaokor performance?

    To the thread, arguably none better. But on a level with, I'd say Armstrong v Ross ceratinly. It's the best mix of defence and attack I've ever seen. Also on the same tier: Ali v Terrell, Tyson v Berbick, Louis v Schmelling, Whittaker v Nelson. I'd even be tempted to put Hearns v Duran in there.

    I haven't seen enough of Pep but I assume he must have an amazing performance to his credit somewhere?

    Whitaker vs Haugen
    Lionel Rose vs Alan Rudkin (I was truly impressed when I finished the fight)
    Harada vs Aoki
    Hopkins vs Trinidad

    All amazing performances......

    I would rate Roy´s performance higher than any of these though....

    I'd add Pea-Haugen, Pea-Ramirez, and Wright-Trinidad to your list, but I completely agree.

    It's one of the more complete performances ever. I love how Roy never got greedy, never lost focus. Just kept turning him and doing the stuff that worked. He rarely showed that much pure discipline.

    Oh yeah...completely forgot that Lester....nice mention.....

    Wright vs Trinidad is an interesting mention Magna.....a forgotten great performance IMO.....

    I never liked Whitaker easing off/clowning against Nelson and McGirt.

    Versus Haugen and Ramirez2 he was perfect.

    I don`t know about outright better but some on the same level that might be a touch better are.....

    winky v tito was an exceptionally punch perfect performance.

    Pea v Ramirez 2 is probably a better shout than Pea v Nelson :good

    at this kind of level I find it easier to just tier rather than rank.

    It's certainly in the A+ category along with a handful of filmed fighters.

    Tito and Ramirez were faded fighters at the end of their careers.I'd take the Brazier, Haugen and Pineda fights over ramirez for Pea, though Nelson would be the best overall choice considering quality of opp.
