If UK is part of European Union, Romania become part of European Union isn't traveling allowed between European Union's counries only with the identity card, or is that only after you're integrated in Schengen Area also?

 

You need a passport to get anywhere in the EU by plane or legitimately.
Wherever you're flying you still need a passport.

You dont need ****. You can go in any country from the EU with only a bulletin. I traveled to Switzerland with just a bulletin and they are not even in the EU but they have an accord signed. So trust me when i say you dont need any passport, but it's still good if you have one... :good

 

I'm from Romania at the border with Bulgaria and I can pass with only my ID.

 

I'm sorry guys,I only assumed that because every country in Europe I've been to(Holidays and football) have required a passport.I don't know if you're referring to flying but from the UK to Portugal,Spain,Italy,France,
Holland and Germany,in my experience I have always needed a passport.I assume it's much much easier going by road,and I haven't been to Eastern Europe,but even to leave the UK on a plane I've needed a passport.

Don't have experience of driving through mainland Europe so assumed we were referring to flying.My mistake.
