Mayweather is not a legit champ at 140 gatti was a paper champ.

Pacquiao not a legit champ at 135, 140, 147, 154.

135 lb - vacant belt i believe against a non legit opponent
140 lb - Ibo belt
147 lb -won his belt at 145lbs
154 - won it at 150

 

Diaz was legit champ at 135

Ricky was lineal champ at 140

Rules say Pac can win WW from 141-147 fight was at 145

Rules say Pac can win JMW from 148-154 fight was at 150

The WW limit is 147lbs. Any weight limitation between 140 and 147 is a CATCHWEIGHT. Stop with the BS. The Cotto fight was NOT contested @ the WW limit. The same goes for Margarito and 154.
