    Practically leading his opponet on, his fans on, the press on, and helping boxing look stupid once again was handled perfectly? Lol... ok.

    Rios did good by blasting gamboa, hopefully there's more to come. Gamboa had him show up for nothing? Blame is shared by gamboa and top rank.

    I don't believe he hurt his own stock at all, Top Rank isn't hurt either, other than some money.

    You are not a bad poster by any means and Im not implying such, but you consistantly view things backwards to the degree that sometimes I think you are doing it on purpose.

    Hes got cubans and gamboa fans on here saying they might not be rooting for him anymore, and this is a small ass little slice in the bigger picture.

    How much damage he did by this is debatable, probably not a lot, but to say he didnt hurt his reputation at all by this is just BS :lol:

    Rios is a fanboy when it comes to floyd or any fighter in the Garcia stable, its shocking how much he likes floyd when he has a completely different fighting style and mentality but he is a nuthugger so i wouldn't take what he says about floyd seriously.

    I don't really count message boards talk of not supporting a person seriously. They'll be the first ones lined up to see him when he fights next, just heat of the moment. A month from now no one will even remember this.

    You are assuming that TR does not have any legal document, while I am assuming that they have a bout agreement in place (not the official contract, but an agreement in principle). I don't think they are that stupid to invest on something without any agreement in principle from both fighters.

    i still have full confidence he beats the crap out of rios. imo but everyone knows its top rank. especially now that hes going to working with the mayweathers.

    I doubt his fans who showed up to the press conference will forget this a month from now.

    If the Lakers told the public Kobe was scheduled to participate in a pick up game with some other players without his permission, you think he wouldn't say anything? You think the fans would be pissed if Kobe didn't say anything and simply failed to show?

    By now all of you should know that, TR went with the PC to press Gamboa, he told them that until his $h1t was resolve that he would not attend any PC or promotion and still they went ahead wit it, seems to me that alot of fans here are very selective and only seen one part of the story, Arum wasn't present at the PC neither Oner, I don't know if he could had handle the whole thing better but TR is playing this thing with media and they sent Rios there to stirr things up being the idiot that he is...
