This was the first that came to my mind.

    Also, Micky Ward-Alfonso Sanchez

    David Izon vs. Derrick Jefferson.

Izon showed a ton of guts, and superior stamina, but little else.

Toney's performance against Nunn wasn't bad. Sure he was losing on points, but it was against a very good fighter in Nunn, and Toney was turning the momentum of the fight in his favor anyway in the rounds leading up to the 11th.

I would disagree. Nunn dominated early, but although still behind on points, Toney was coming on strong when he landed the fateful punch,

He also had Anaya down in one of the earlier rounds, and hurt him pretty badly after getting dropped in the 8th. It was't quite the one sided ass kicking as we've been led to believe, based on the film available.

Lebedev vs RJJ might be worth a mention.

Foreman-Qawi. For the first several rounds, George did little but get hit by a far smaller, physically outmatched opponent.

Nice one. Quarry-Foster is another one. Mac basically dominated every moment of the fight until Jerry Boy woke up.

Speaking of Zanon, he did the same thing in the Norton bout. Kenny looked horrible for awhile before he finally put his foot on the gaspedal and got the ko. come to think of it, Kenny did the same thing w/ Stephens and was getting outboxed early but at least he caught him a lot quicker than he did Lorenzo Zanon.
