I see where you're going with this, but it's a bit ingenuous to lump in Pacquiao with Mayweather when it's been Pac's side that's been making concessions. It's Pac who's going out of his way to make this fight. Not saying that Pacquiao gets off like OJ on this one, but if you weigh it all out...it is Floyd who is content with moral victories outside the ring. While Pacquiao is issuing winner takes majority split offers, Floyd is issuing out "but, but.....(insert silly duck excuse here)" statements.

The thing I really don't get is the people who care how much Mayweather and Pac have made on previous fights including pay view trying to justify why their fighter deserves more money. It should be 50/50, anyone who thinks differently is biased.

It also made me laugh I saw a thread today saying Mayweather beat a better version of Hatton; once again, why is someone making a thread about this, it doesn't prove anything.

"Pac" hasn't conceded a ****ing thing until this fight is signed. He and his idiotic team have contradicted themselves so many times it's ridiculous, and the fact that you think he's "going out of his way" to make this fight is just ****ing pathetic. Both of these clowns have done nothing but pander to the media and pretend like they're just dying to make this fight for years now.

Sure he has, he said so himself. You can't get any clearer than "Sure Floyd, as long as its 50/50 you gotta fight." The implications are let's fight at your date, your venue, with your drug testing, with your promotion....with your name first, yada yada yada. Who cares, if no contract is signed...if they agreed on principle than you get the ball rolling, ie a contract gets drawn up where they can sign. And when Pac makes a statement like that, which came straight outta his own mouth, then Pac is directly accountable. If he openly backs out, then he is fully to blame. The onus then is on Floyd's camp to prove if he's just talking outta his ass. Well we know what happened next didn't we? Yet Floyd apologists like you feel Pacquiao should hold equal blame. What ****ing world do you live in?

Just like he "said so himself" back in '09 that he'd be fine with taking blood tests, just not on the day of the fight and then walked from the negotiations when he and his team wouldn't agree to a 14 day cutoff? Just like he "said so himself" that he would be willing to take a lesser purse against Floyd because the important thing is to make the fight happen? I can go on and on, but the irrefutable fact is that he and his idiotic team have contradicted themselves time and time again, just like Floyd has, and yet he's never held "directly accountable" by his idiotic fanbase, just like Floyd never is. :deal

Quit bringing up outdated bull****. The logic from my previous post seems lost on you. To repeat, if Pac wasn't genuine or sincere when he said what he said...then the burden of proof lies on how Floyd reacted to it. Lest you forget, here's a brief abbreviated timeline:

    1) Floyd tweets "step up punk"
    2) Pac in a nutshell says ok as long as its 50/50 I'll jump thru yor damn hoops
    3) Floyd: "but but but ________________"
    4) Boxing fans: "WTF Floyd!"

...Floyd offered Pacquiao a split HE KNEW was going to be refused. That's what killed any chance of negotiating, and the person responsible for that should be assigned the majority blame. Guess who that is?

BTW back in 2009, Pac initially said he wasn't amenable to OSDT. BUt hmm, Diva Floyd insisted and made it a roadblock. So guess who made that concession? And guess who's making concessions now? Yeah blame the guy giving in to unprecedented demands.
