Did Roy Jones start losing at LHW when his competition stepped up?

He's a nobody ? I get it then its the fame your after . All im saying is why so many threads on Jones when the guy he shared the ring with took more " so called steroids ". Thats all ..But hey your right he's the " steroid cheat ".

 

Bailey, If you started this thread as a wind up, then fair play to you, but if your thread is real and you're asking a genuine question, then you shouldn't be part of team elite. There's been a mistake. You've joined the wrong team. Because if this thread is genuine, you know less than **** all about boxing!

Roy first lost when he was 35 to Johnson and Tarver. How did he step up? He'd already beaten better fighters than Tarver, Johnson, Calzaghe etc in Toney and Hopkins. You think they're a step up? Nothing to do with his dramatic weight loss at 35 after 50 odd fights, it's because he stepped up? Seriously? You seriously think Lebedev, Johnson etc would have beaten Roy at his peak?

This whole thread is ******ed. I've already given you a good factual explination of why Liles, Benn, Eubank etc weren't on his resume, aswell as another poster, who should be in team elite. Why don't you go and read it, you might learn something.

So, Roy's been a roider all his life until 2000. But he wasn't roiding from 2000-2004 til he lost. But the only reason he won in those four years is because his opposition was garbage. Glad that's been cleared up. I'm off to take some weekend drugs, so we're all on a level playing field on here.

That video is garbage as is your Glass Jawed hero Roid. He was not weight drained and that has been refuted many times. He weighed in at 193 for Ruiz which was about three to six pounds over what he normally weighed on fight night at LHW. If weight draining was the reason why he looked awful against Tarver why did he get embarrassed even worse in the rematch? It wasn't a lucky punch, it was the fact that Roid looked bad against southpaws and he was fighting a pretty good one that night and also the fact that he never had a Chin. Ever.

His entire career was smoke and mirrors, just Roid carefully handpicking opponents with trinket belts who posed the least threat to him and manuevering through the divisions picking up worthless or vacant belts. He priced himself out of all the big fights, refused to travel, and outright ducked punchers who he realized could have shattered his abysmal China Chin. He was and is a joke.

 

The fact that you think this says how terribly stupid you are. As if that wasn't already known in the forum. No one who has watched the sport, knows the sport, paid attention, and continued to learn is would dare suggest something as ridiclous as this.
