Tanada keeps coming, lunging and missing with jabs and rights.

Bob & his partner have been really negging out on G-Rod in the 6th and 7th, where IMO he's been boxing Tanada's ears off. They think he's been on his bike and giving the rounds away (although Tanada was barely effective)

It's hardly been DLH down the stretch against Tito. :conf

Rodriguez is still landing shots - and more than his opponent.

Rodriguez circles out, giving space. Tanada follows, hands held up. Rodriguez jabs at him, constantly moving. Tanada isn't getting close with any of his flicks. BIG right hand by Rodriguez. Circling right, then left - Rodriguez is snapping hard jabs into Tanada's face. Quick left hook by Tanada catches Rodriguez while circling. His only good connection so far in the 8th. Rodriguez lands a quick lead overhand right coming forward before darting back outside. More movement by Rodriguez. 1-2-1-chop-hook by Rodriguez. More movement. Tanada throws a wild hook. Now a big combo by Tanada, into Rodriguez's gloves.

Now the Showtime Extreme part of the card is about to start. Probably three bouts (all eight- and ten-rounders).

Then in a little over 2 hours, the doubleheader main card on Showtime.
