Cotto is a commited bodypuncher something Floyd hasnt really seen since Castillo. And we all know how he got punished and roughed up in that 1st fight although Cotto is more of boxer than Castillo which gives him a even better chance at working the body....Cotto has better boxing technique than all those guys even the later stages of his career he's better than ODH and Mosely...this fight is interresting no matter how the Mayweather fans try to spin this....

Prime for prime I think Diego is a more dangerous fighter compared to Cotto. This may 5 another rican will be executed, guaranteed.

 

Mosley loads up on punches when he has to and hits harder with his loaded up punches, but punch for punch normally I give it to Cotto. The thing I do not think Cotto will do well with is Floyd's sharp punching. Miguel's face will be cut up and swollen like it was in his fights with Margarito and Pacman. Miguel has to use the jab and work the body and try to be defensive. It will take the fight of his career to beat Floyd and he never had the defense to beat a really good fighter. He will not land anything clean to the head for several rounds. The bodywork might drop Floyd's hands. Miguel should work with his sparring partners on breaking them down against the ropes while keeping his hands up when he is not punching, and in ring center working on the jab. I have a hard time seeing him win this fight. Floyd is faster and Miguel's face swells up too much. Who do I want to win??? Miguel. I love the guys fighting spirit and willingness to fight them all.
