Froch is a bit older but more experienced. Is he a better fighter that whn he faced Pacal, or a less version of? I personnally don't think Froch has declined. I just think Pascal was not able at the time to exploit Froch's weaknesses. Pascal's comment is pretty humble so I think it is really his opinion but I don't buy it.
As was Pascal, there was no advantage there. Trying to raise your game is different from being able to do so pal. I applaud the Bute Cheerleading, but it gets tiresome.

I don't think it has anything to do with Froch being the "same" fighter Froch just isn't skilled enough imo, he will lose to Ward every time. Also he stands a good chance of losing to Bute. He is still a very good fighter and while I don't personally like him, he is a great warrior and should be applauded for taking on all these tough challenges.
