Before he got shellacked, right? :think Once Sleepwalking Beauty woke up it was time to put Craig to bed. :yep
So if you had to make a prediction, how would it go? I think JCCJR gets by on a UD with scores that would suggest the fight wasn't as close as the rest of us know it was.
Lee is up 65% (19 to 10) so far in the poll. :think That is surprising. Chavez gets a lot of love on ESB. (a lot of hate too, but more love since hooking up with a certain someone...:deal)
This content is protected Lee UD in Limerick or Michigan. Chavez UD anywhere south-by-southwest of the Rockies. Pick'em photo finish on points anywhere on neutral ground. I'm fairly confident neither gets stopped, except maybe via paper skin.
Just think Lee is the better fighter overall......will be a great fight......Lee by points is my pick in the poll...
Chavez's offense keeps improving... Lee's defense and control of range keeps improving... Lee is more intelligent, but prone to fading and checking out mentally... Chavez is the dumber and less adaptable fighter, but puts in the hard hours to keep up excellent stamina... Lee is better technically but doesn't always stay consistent... Chavez is pretty consistently easy to hit, but steadier and sturdier... :think
I think it all depends on how easy Chavez will be able to get on the inside, Lee is very good at keeping distance from his opponents and outside Chavez definitely will not outbox Lee, but Chavez on the other hand is good on getting inside and has very good chin so Lee may not be able to keep him at range, it's a very interesting matchup.
Lee ****s him up something ugly man. Good power, good boxing, better speed....oh wait this is going down in Texas. Sorry Mick your Fuuking screwed:hi:
WTF... 3 pages and nobody mentioned the fact that Team Chavez declined Lee as an opponent purely because he's a southpaw. Wake up & smell Mexican coffee, guys.
I think the fight wont happen because chavez Jr team will decline Lee for an opponents since he his a south paw
Hmm alright IB. PP wins, missed out on his post. If Lee was as big a draw as Canelo is, I'm sure the southpaw issue would be, well, a non-issue for Junior & Co.
I took JccJr seriously when I saw the way he handles Duddy but I do think he was lucky against Zbik. But Jccjr Has improved. However Lee has too much power included in the skill difference. I would say this could be a war though without going the distance. Lee needs the ko though because he won't be getting any decisions in Texas.
