I suppose Magee would come to Denmark (again!) and Kessler will make as much money while Sauerland won't have to pay millions to Stieglitz. I think Sauerland is the big winner here.
Why is Magee in the mix anyway? Why not fight Stieglitz in May? Kessler was scheduled to fight him in late 2011 and backs out AGAIN? What a *****. He's running scared (I don't rate Stieglitz at all but that's apparently not how Kessler sees it).
The Dane-slayer will fall. Kessler will get Magee's bogus WBA title to get to Ward "legitimately". Abraham will decimate Stieglitz in the late rounds. :yep
I have no ****ing idea why he would but bitching out twice because of shady, poorly documented, unspecified injuries is very suspicious. Kesserl apparently doesn't want to risk a loss to a B-level boxer and intends to fight either a sure win in a C-level SMW or fight directly a top dog of the division to cash out. Again, it's puzzling to me. Stieglitz doesn't pose to much of a threat and would yet look quite good on Kessler's resume. It's almost a win/win situation. Stieglitz is sure better than Magee or Brinkely though. I don't know what Kessler's intentions are but I don't like 'em so far.
"Champion Robert Stieglitz vs. George Groves As per Article 11 through 14 of the enclosed copy of the WBO Rules & Regulations for World Championship Contest, please be advised that a purse bid will be held at 3:00 PM Central European Time (CET) on Monday, March 12, 2012 at the La Pampa Restaurant, Hungary" that's means the purse bid started less than an hour ago
Now I see Tavoris Cloud is being mentioned. Kessler always said he wouldnt move up. I guess Sauerland doesen't agree.:think Cloud vs Kessler in parken May 19th.
