Chisora Fought 36 Rounds With Fury, Helenius and Vitali and Didn't Flinch Once

So he's been in the ring with three hard hitting >6'7" giants and didn't get wobbled once. Fury tagged fat Chisora all night and didn't come close to hurting him. How do you rate his chin?

 

Vitali landed a lot of rights but his chin seems good, lets see him handle wlads punches.

I don't think any of them are "****". Chisora is a gatdamn tank. I would like to see him score a fight like Sam Peter or Rahman, right now, I'll tell you. Maybe only Volo has the stopping power and ability to put him in real trouble. He's got no less than an eight. If he stands up to Volo without getting shaken up...ten? He might be this generation's Mercer, McCall, Chuvalo, etc. Maybe. :conf

 

Helenius hurt him in the first round with a right hand, which Chisora himself even admitted to prior to the Klitschko fight. Still I'd say dude has a very good beard.

Derek is a tough as any fighter. He will be in a force in the division because of his chin.

 

Vit rang his bell late in there fight.

 

I don't remember that at all. Chisora hat Vitali running in round 12.

 

I think it says more about the punching technique of the three opponents he fought. He showed that with even the most primitive of body movement, how easily you can take away their power.

Chisora is a decent fighter and he showed that Vitali, Helenius and Fury aren't much more than that. Had Chisora been a 25 fight pro against all three, he might still be undefeated.

some people made a theory that Chisora was on roids in the Vitali fight because of his "unpredictable behavior"

in reality, Del Boy's got an iron chin, only Helenius managed to get his attention in the 1st round of thier fight

another idea to think about is that both helenius and vitali landed on Del Boy's chin and sustained injuries in the process :yep

 

A chin doesn't make you a force. Getting hit by Wlad seems like a completely different story these days because of his technique. I don't expect any HW to be a face without being able to box well.

 

I wouldn't really say Fury is a hard hitter, by round 2 his punches are just sorta flat and out of steam. But the others are legit. Chisora just has that thick neck and head that can handle anything, sorta like Briggs. Not sure if it's an African descent thing but those guys can take punches like none other. They probably stupid as **** though, oh wait, we already knew that.

 

Fury throws 90% arm punches. If he commited to his power punches, he'd inflict a lot of damage to anyone.
