I can't see Palhares getting Lombard to the ground, if it did go there then Palhares would almost certainly have the advantage even though Lombard does have a much, much hugher pedigree than most but I take Lombard via T/KO.
Palhares is still wild on the feet, but strong. Lombards straight left would drop him IMO. It's then, is Paul Harris sparked? If not, can he grab a leg as Lombard tries to finish? **** it, Toquinho via Heel Hook, round one
Palhares kicked a dude in the face His opponents are so terrified of the legbreak that they are totally thrown off their game. Harris is a one off, its impossible to watch him fighting and not be utterly absorbed
A top-class judoka, fellow beast and renowned bully will not be easily intimidated IMO. Although he will **** himself if he feels the vice-like grip on one of his limbs :yep
would love to see this. Id take lombard but not with any real confidence. palhares would be facing the only guy in mma with more killer instinct than him.
Don't see Palhares getting Lombard down and I'd actually say Hector knocks him out in the first, as much as I love Palhares.
Palhares sub game is second to none..But wow his striking is embarrassing to watch..I doubt he will get lombard to the ground..But we havent really seen Lombard fight a very strong man in Paul Harris either... I personally want Lombard to be feed to some1 like sonnen who will just take away his heart through sheer frustration as he gets u to the ground and pitty patters on your head for the whole fight..
