Is it acceptable that Wlad NEVER fought Sanders ever again?

Juan Manuel Lopez has bigger cojones than does Wlado. Even though he got KO'ed a second time, @ the very least JuanMa was willing to face the guy who KO'ed him and put up a good fight in the process.

Wlado, OTOH, ducked the Purrity rematch, ducked the Sanders rematch, and only took the Brewster rematch when it became clear that Lamon was a dead man walking.

So, to answer the OP - NO, it is NOT acceptable that Wlado has ducked rematches with the guys who KO'ed him...

 

Another reason why I respect Vitali a hell of a lot more than Wlad. Big brother always takes care of little brother and keeps him away from guys who might hurt him. As a big brother, I can appreciate that. As a boxing fan, I think it makes Wlad look weak.

Lewis always rematched a guy who knocked him out. Wlad leaves it to big brother.

 

Sanders WBO Mandatory was Brewster and his payday for that fight was to be $360,000. His pay for the Vitali fight was $980,000. It was simply a money thing and who could blame him?

Also remember Sanders attempted to fight Jones to Unify the WBO & WBA and after Murrad Muhammad was faxed the contract for Jones to sign the usual excuses came out and there was no fight. I think the WBO was going to strip Sanders anyway but that came out after the fact it would have been a brutal and savage KO had that fight happened and for Jones it is probably good it didn't because if you thought Glen Johnson got him good it is nothing like what Sanders would have done to him.

Wlad tried to get the rematch, Sanders dumped the title and went for the WBC instead.

Do you blame Lewis as well for not fighting Bowe? if someone does not want to fight you it kinda ends there.

Now the Purity fight is something i do hold Wlad accounteble for, this is a rematch that could have been easily made.
