Agree, body shots all night especially in the early rounds I rather see Floyd in pain than bruised up, even though some hard shots to the face will put a smile in my face.

Cotto(e) isn't anywhere near as physically strong as Mayweather. He's one of the least athletic elite levll fighters.

Thread is silly considering that it's Cotto(e) with the infamous paper face.

I appreciate the fact that you are talking boxing but I would like to get a better understanding on what you are saying. You stated that Floyd and Pac execute thier offensive attacks from different positions, are you referring to the fact that Floyd is right handed and Pac is a lefty or is there something else? Also, you stated that Floyd uses other fighters desperations as opportunities for his offensive attacks, doesn't every fighter? One other thing, would you explain to me why you think that Floyd is completly textbook and what does completly textbook mean to you? Just asking.:bbb

No, Pesos. He won't. I'm sorry. Floyd is going to knock Cotto out. I'm sorry to break it to you like that, but the truth is the truth. Facts are facts and Floyd is going to **** Cotto up.

I sure hope so. More likely though is that Cotto busts up Floyd's balls.

No one is going to bust anybody's face. Cotto will not land any ****, while Gayweather's pitty-patter ounches in low 10-20 per round exactly does not shout BUST.

When was the last time Gayweather bust anyone? So long ago.

Yes, Mayweather brings none of Cottos kryptonites to the match, but in reality theres more then one way to skin a cat. Mayweather is simply superior in almost everything and has the intangebles over Cotto as well.

Mayweathers quickness and sharpness will see him ripping Cotto with counters early, until Cotto winds up on the backfoot around round 4 or 5, and Mayweather will start to put the pressure on Cotto as Cotto starts to backpeddle and then stop and try to put punches together but they wont do much if anything, while Cotto continues to just slowly get dissected with Mayweather applying effective pressure and slowly closing the distance and cutting the ring off. Mayweather should have the fight in the bag by round 10 with Cotto in retreat in the championship rounds.

The difference will be Mayweathers speed and accuracy in his counters, I think Cotto is going to get diced.
