Does Cotto even have a chance?

I think 2007 2006 Cotto stands a great chance Idk about post Margarito Cotto.

of course he has a chance. he has a great trainer and he will be ready. People think im crazy but I think he will win. I just hope the judging is fair. But yes I think he will prove ALOT of people wrong that night.

Of course he has a chance. He's going to go the distance minimum.

No chance aside from a puncher's chance. Cotto(e) has

glaring weaknesses. He cannot handle SPEED and he cannot handle PRESSURE, things that Floyd can apply. One-Eyed Margarito(e) managed to touch him up plenty. A sharpshooter like Floyd will go to town on that ass.

Mayweather is far from a pressure fighter. Cotto will be far more aggressive and applying more pressure than Mayweather will

It's boxing, he has a chance.

Looked impressive against Margarito, very, very good lateral movement, improved use of right hand...big difference between Margarito and Floyd though.

Speed and accuracy will be the difference in this bout IMO.

He's not a pressure fighter, but he can apply pressure. He pressured Shame Oldsley and Victoria Ortrees. The only guy he can't pressure is Pacquiao, which is why he won't take the fight unless he's rewarded a lopsided amount of the money for the risk.

First off, Cotto is Shot! That said, he still has a chance because Floyd is not as good as everyone thinks!

There is a 99.99 % chance Cotto will do better job than what lipstick Vic did.

I think he stands a chance, he will likely give Floyd the best fight he has had in years.

Victor was competitive and he got Knocked out from a SUCKER PUNCH COMBO! I doubt Cotto will be competitive because he's totally shot!

Is your wife boricua or something Auracle21? You have to be the biggest Cotto fan I've ever seen. I don't think Cotto will win, but I do think he is the biggest challenge out there for Mayweather at 154 or 147. I think this 2012 Cotto is more fine tuned than the 2006-2007 version. He was steamrolling everyone then, but I'm sure he's more dedicated to training now. Regardless of the turnout, this fight is going to be the most competitive major fight of the year.
