Why? He's the next SMW up. Ward didn't earn **** getting Kessler in his backyard in the first place. He was a complete nobody. :yep

 

If Ward is a *****, then I'm guessing you don't want to see a Ward/Bute fight. Furthermore, why is Bute wasting his time fighting a guy who not only got dominated by a *****, but got dominated by a ***** who fought most of the fight with an injured arm?

He earned it by signing up for a tournament that would most likely result in a loss for everyone including the winner (but he never lost once because he's too good for everyone)

Ward clearly stated that he wanted Bute to win do that he could fight him. I have no problem with that at all.

So Bute should sign for some obscure tournament where he would obviously lose to Ward, just to "earn" his shot? Get real, that's not "earning a shot" the way Ward said "Bute needs to beat somebody". At the time, without a tourney, Ward would have had to fight the Bikas, Andrades and Larsens of the division to "earn a shot" the way he puts it to Bute.

 

I called him out for saying Bute CHOSE not to enter the Super Six. Big difference dude.

 

And if froch wins? I like ward but I still think he should have just gone straight for bute. Typical super middleweight, not many fights really for the top guy. I say ward fights bute and goes up to light heavy.
