I genuinely didn't know he was banned for the bite. His actions that weekend were foolish, but my point was that others have done things far worse and gotten away will a lighter punishment, only because these other fighters bring more money into the sport which is unfair
Chisora-Arreola would be a 12 round slugfest, guaranteed entertainment in & out the ring The presser & weigh-in would be PPV-standard & the fight would be trench warfare :!:
:deal How come you never do the FOOOOOOREMAN HOOOOOK thing in the Brit? Why save it for the classic only? :think
:deal A proper long brutal slugfest inddeed - But Gsora takes at least 8 of 12 Rounds. :!: :!: I would love to see "Taco-Tits" Arreola insult Gsora at the pre-fight press conferences - as long as there is a line of broad 6'5 security men inbetween them like for Lewis VS Tyson fight, to stop Gsora going ape-**** And physically shooting him. Foreman Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooook!:smoke
None of those boxers were under the direct jurisdiction of the BBB of C, (although Tyson was permitted to fight over here even after snacking on Holyfield mid-fight). And furthermore unmerited leniency displayed in the past should not be the yardstick with which to punish in the present. Chisora's misdeeds should be scrutinised free from the context of the wrongdoings of past fighters.
I agree it's an awful meme. A woman beating, slapping, kissing, spitting guy is called a character these days? Shocking. Awful. No two ways about it. The man is not cool. Everytime the guy is interviewed he is arrogant, disinterested and comes across as very unlike-able. I'll never understand itatsch Having said that, I don't agree with this ban. He's been made an example of, just so the board can look good. Look like they're doing "the right thing". To ban him for a year or so, and fining him heavily I can understand, but indefinitely? Yes he has previous, but I how many footballers have brawled in the tunnel or on the pitch, dived, elbowed, abuse the ref? How many boxers have brawled at press conferences? They've thrown the guy in the fire so that people can say "well done! Well done for doing the right thing!" That's all it is. They sacrificed him.
Listen to this idiot at the end of this vid (4:15). "MGM is a group of newspapers." :rofl [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh7I7h-9DJU&context=C46feabfADvjVQa1PpcFNaFLHb4Ft22ocKLY_bqqHItGK_P0q55xc=[/ame]
