well according to the ormonds billy nelson approached stephen after the fight and said he was the winner ?? a bit weird considering he is applebys coach .

Gotta admit live I gave a tight decision to Appelby but after watching it on TV Ormond deserved it though it was a messy fight and difficult to score. Saying that I thought Burns/Moses was a much tighter fight than the judges had it so maybe it's my judging ability lol

 

Blatant robbery, was surprised Ormond took the decision so well.

 

I thought it could have gone either way to be fair, the crowd rooting for Appleby probably didnt help. Wheres Billy? Did you say that?

 

It doesn't really matter I'm sure Ormond will get some good fights now and there are plenty of names out there for him. He should call out Lindsay/Appleby rematch/ Walsh/ Simpson etc

It was very very close, I have to admit watching it the first time I had Ormond by one the 2nd time I watched it I had Appleby by one round. This was such a close fight any result would have been fair here. Definately not a robbery and it is up there for fight of the year already..

 

2 good young men giving it there all a draw would have been fair but no way should it be the fight of the year there would have to be more cleaner shots landed tomuch holding and hitting and no way Billy Nelson would have said his man lost but i do think he got his tactics wrong in this fight Appleby should have boxed more instead off trying to fight a fighter
