If I was anderson i would be onto the solicitors about the reference to a crime of which he was aquited, as the Sun seems to believe these incidents are connected in some way

 

What are they going to do. It says he was cleared and doesn't explicitly state any relevance, it's only relevance by location.

You can't sue someone for stating facts.

article mentions threat against groves. article mentions andersons gripes against groves for cancelling fight. article then mentions andersons previous of which he was aquited. The relevance is that in this context, it had no relevance.

 

Legal action over a fact you believe to be irrelevant being mentioned? I'd like to see precedent.
