Change the question to could beat instead of would beat and the list would be endless.

LMAO at the people saying Carmen Basilio. Come on. Just because he gave SRR hell doesn't automatically mean he'd beat Floyd. ****, might as well add LaMotta and Fullmer as well if that's the case.

I get the feeling we will never find out. My first choice of Margarito has a better chance of landing the fight.

Strong with very solid boxing skills. Patient yet relentless.
He had very good speed and 1 punch KO power.

It took him about 1 round to figure Judah out. My guess is he would really test FLoyd and probably catch him late in the fight.

Of course LaMotta and Fullmer likely beat Mayweather. They were middleweights, and LaMotta a huge one.

Why are people even listing fighters 154 and up? That is really not a fair comparison at all.

I can see that argument. :good

I'd counter it by saying that Tszyu's deceptive speed doesn't measure up to Floyd, especially not at 140. Judah was also prone to lapses in concentration, Mayweather was not, and his fundamentally sound defense (As opposed to Judah's athletic reliant methods) further minimalises the chances of Kostya landing what he needs to in order to win.

Exactly... I dont see why its so hard to imagine floyd losin at 147 when its not his best weight.

I rushed through that post, wasn't comparing Judah with Floyd.

Agree with you, Floyds defense would have been one hell of a test for Tszyu but IMO he would be fast enough, strong enough and skilled enough to cause enough damage to possibly slow floyd down by the 12 and stop him.

We are talking prime Tszyu, who was probably better than the versions of any fighter on floyd's resume.
