No you're taking what I said out of context, I am saying the hype was justified, as he showed great skills in his previous fights. Tonight he did a **** job, for whatever reason. But that doesn't change the past leading up to this fight where he has looked very promising.
Hopes connect % was God-awful at like 25% or whatever. And Proksa still out landed him throughout the fight. Not to mention Proksas punches were hard shots, where half of the ones Hope did land were not hard shots. Hope took a lot of hard shots throughout that fight. The only reason it looked like Proksa was losing was because he allowed himself to be put on the ropes way too many times, was tired, and had blood all over his face from the accidental cut, which made Hope look much better then he really way. But in reality even on the ropes Proksa kept tagging Hope with hooks and uppercuts. He did not win that fight, especially not by that kind of a margin. Even a draw to me is very questionable.
I am Kerry Hopes cousin, he not even best fighter in our family and he made new son tonight, Kerry thinks he should have Proska for keeps now.
