Macklin hops in place, then darts in and out with some body feints. Macklin is looking to attack down low, trying to find an opening. While he's looking, Martinez POPS him with a flush lead left to the face. Macklin grins, and took it very very well. Good display of chin there. Martinez circles to the left with his hands down low. Double jab and left cross to the body by Martinez. Double jab up top, whistling past Macklin's ear. Martinez ducks and gets clubbed with a short right by Macklin. Martinez circles left and pulls Macklin into a brief clinch, then releases and jumps back into circling range. Big straight shot to the belly by Martinez from outside. Clubbing right to the body by Macklin. Wild overhand left from outside by Martinez, missing - Macklin counters with another clubbing right to the body. Martinez again lunges in and is hit behind the head while out of position with his feet both planted behind Macklin's lead foot - glove brushes the canvas. Official knockdown!!! Martinez is pissed. Left to the body by Martinez. Big exchange!!
