Roman doing some good work towards the end of the 3rd. DeMarco can be taken to hell and back and he will still **** you up.
Round 4 Body shots by DeMarco, doing his work from outside but putting some leverage into it. He strays low and gets warned. Roman keeps pressing forward, ducking under DeMarco's right jab. DeMarco's boxing has fallen apart since he got clocked a few times in the 3rd. He is winging the jab now, and his left crosses are becoming less and less straight and more looping. Roman gets in there and whacks away at the body. NICE 1-2 to the face by Roman, backing DeMarco up. A southpaw 1-2 to the chin is DeMarco's reply, but Roman just swallows it whole and keeps coming. They trade some body shots. This is RULING. War Mexicanos!!!! 1-2 by DeMarco, left uppercut, right hook to the body by DeMarco. Roman tucks his chin and marches in, ripping shots to the body. DeMarco is pushed into a corner and folds his long arms up protectively. Jabs by DeMarco while backing up. Another dose of pure adrenaline!! I think Roman did steal the 4th, but not quite the third. 39-37 DeMarco
Yeah, that lasted all of six minutes. Throw that out the window. This has become the absolute war it was supposed to be.
Round 5 Jabs up top by Roman, and then he starts tearing away at DeMarco's body. DeMarco is backed up to the ropes, and has his arms pinned to his sides so he can't get off. Now DeMarco gets some separation, and torques out some left and right uppers. Roman is coming forward relentlessly, and DeMarco is stepping further and further out into countering range. Finally he lands the big counter left uppercut followed by a punctuating left hook, and ROMAN DOES A FACE PLANT!!! He remains lying face down! He finally scrambles to rise a the count of nine, too late! KO!!!!!!!
