i dont get how hes not exciting.everytime he got taggedby macklin his first reactions was to fight fire wit fire. Knock down was bs.... Beres a questions for u so kalled experts. When juanma knock salido down they automatically gave it a 10-9 ,for juanma but isnt the rule that it should have been 9-9? And shouldnt the same apply for macklin since he was gettin beat,all round? Not only Merchant, but it seems all of Hbo has some agenda vs Sergio. I gave Macklin the 5th possibly the 8th and knockdown was a fluke with legs getting tangled. Then Sergio came right back with straight left hands. Everytime Macklin landed Sergio answered and much harder cleaner shots too. Macklin competitive yes. But not as close Hbo was saying it was. Disgraceful and worst job done by Hbo ever. Still a fan of HBO, but Sergio should go with Showtime if it continues. More unbiased. Lederman did a poor job as well.

 

The only thing Merchant has going for him is that it's impossible to look like the biggest d*ckhead in the world when Jim Lampley is standing next to you. Lampley always takes that honor.

 

The idiotic crew of Hbo fell completely silent when Sergio produced the kos. They were even yelling"Sergios lost his mouthpiece!!!" when it was Macklin's!:rofl Jesus horrible, horrible job. :-(
