Sergio does that now, but he was a normal sized MW last year and was fine for the weight. I'll copy and paste what I said in another thread

Sergio has been gradually losing weight so he can position himself a fight against Floyd over the year. If he trained normally, he would be a normal sized MW and be perfectly capable of fighting Ward at a catchweight. Sergio used to go up to 180 in between fights, but he's changed that now.
Granted now, he's a small MW, but he wasn't last year and that's because of his own choice. He decides to be too small, not because he is

Damn Cellz, the last several months your posts have greatly fallen in quality. You have turned into the black version of suun or one of the other countless *******s. I see nothing wrong with supporting your fellow black fighters, but this is flat out nuthuggery. Also talking **** about champions who are great for boxing is not cool. Don't turn out to be another Leon, Jacory Harris, or Whipdatass.

Just calling out your bull**** excuse that Floyd is a small welter. What does that make Pac? A micro welter?

The thing with Mayweather is some people prefer to judge his size on pictures, WBC do a 30 day weighin and he was under 154 lbs. So the Fight night weight of 150 lbs is likely right.

How can you claim Floyd is not a small WW and then say Sergio is a small MW

I didn't know training to not only be considered #1 in the sport, but to earn your highest payday would be something that could be frowned upon.

At least Sergio is "ducking" someone 1 weight division above his, and a far bigger guy. While Ward is "ducking" a guy in his own ****ing division.

Look, i like Ward, Martinez, and Floyd here, but its ****ing obvious what the TS agenda here is.

Ward would beat Martinez, no matter the weight class IMO, and YES he is too big for Martinez, while Martinez is also big for Floyd, i still hear some of you pathetic *****s saying he will school Martinez. If you so strongly believe he will school him, then why are you so against the fight???

Lets Sergio fight Mayweather, while Ward fights Bute...and if Sergio wins, and still wants to build a solid legacy, he could fight the winner of Ward-Bute. Fighting Ward right now, while still hoping for a Mayweather fight will be a bad idea for Sergio.

sergio should do whats best for him, why would he wanna fight ward? wards not an atg like mayweather or pac, people mad cos sergio wants an atg on his resume. Ward should stfu fight bute or move up, cos he hasnt even cleaned out his own division yet.

So Ward wants a guy 2 divisions below him and his 3 groupies jump around saying he's taking the #3 p4p. Ward is a cherry picker. Still not a word about him fighting Bute next....

*****s have to work together so that floyd would continue to duck opponents that are dangerous for him. oh wait floyd is fighting at 154 next.. a possible opponent for martinez.

floyd is not a small WW anymore. he was at WW since 6 or 7 years ago and can't even make 144 for jmm. FFS, he would fight cotto at 154.
