Although 2/3 of it is nutrition and rest. Those are the facets most daunting for me. It's hard as **** to eat clean and even more difficult to space meals out six times a day. I can never take my ass to bed at a reasonable time either, and that's when most of the growth takes place.

FWIW, I gotta give it a shot later this week. Metabolism isnt going to bail me out forever. I've at least got to find out what a couple of months can bring of it. If there's progress, it's motivation to continue.
