50/50 can't tell who will win. If Kirkland hurts Molina early, Molina is getting KO'd mid rounds, if Kirkland can't land it could be a long night and a boxing clinic.
I'm going with Kirkland in this one. Molina is not a big puncher, and is a solid boxer. I don't think he can deal with the pressure Kirkland brings, and he doesn't have enough to deter that sort of pressure. What's even more troubling for Molina is that he doesn't seem to be a full fledged JMW. Kirkland is a good sized JMW and a strong JMW. I'm expecting a mid rounds stoppage by Kirkland. Side note, why is this a WBC semi-final elimator bout? I thought Kirkland vs. Angulo was a semi-final elimanator bout?
Right after the end of Kirkland v. Angulo, you can hear Max and Roy saying this is supposed to be an eliminator for Canelo's title, but during the beat down the WBC changing it from a title eliminator into a quarterfinal tourny for WBC title eliminator.
i think kirkland will pressure him he might get caught coming in tho so idk.... im going with jk by ko
Apparently if Kirkalnd wins, then he has to Martirosyan. If he wins that, then he would be the mando for Canelo. Who knows if that fight would happen even if Kirkland did become the mando.
That's true but Ishida was very tall and the punches were coming from a weird angle.. You also have to remember Kirkland looked terrible, he's back with Ann now!
Kirkland doesnt have a bad chin, he did a crash diet to make weight came in weak and got clipped early. Hell it happens. While with Ann Kirkland has taken the best that some huge punchers had to offer and still won fights all most always by knockout. Molina may have success early I just dont see him keeping Kirkland off him for the 12 rounds. Plus Kirkland has faster hands. Its hard to outbox anyone that has a huge hand speed advantage no matter the style they fight. Lastly Kirkland is abit more skilled then people are giving him credit for being, I actaully think that he is more skilled then Chavez Jr who beat Molina.
