given his win rate stands at about 15%?? thats pretty fair evidence id say. parra have a quality side they just lack venom and wont have a go.
exactly. they say a team is an extension of a coaches personality and kearneys laid back, softly soflty, "shell be right mate" approach has bled right through to their football. Its no coincidence that ballamy and hasler both look like lunatics in the coaches box and have cupboards full of silverware.
I just think that all their strike weopens & playmakers, Roberts, Sandow & Hayne are all pretty weak when it comes to leading, they'd all work better with a more dominant half/five-eight, they are all individually brilliant when they want to be but disappear when things get tough, or they suffer brain explosions I wouldnt blame Kearneys coaching so much, but who was in charge of recruitment??
well that was supposed to be the point of bringing sandow in but anyone with half a brain can see sandow isnt a leader. hes an off the cuff gambler that you might go to when everything else isnt working. which all goes back to your point about who is in charge of recruitment. As i said earlier its like someone is just flipping a coin out there.
I know the players disliked paul osborne and imo, this current board are a bunch of self serving football misfits. I think they along with osborne created a poor culture amongst the club. Kearney has inherited it.
there seems to be a non stop procession over the last ten years or so of ex footballers sticking their heads in & ****ing things up, its about time they really had a big clean out, get the best buisness people running the joint & appoint recruiters, coaches & football staff according to due process which includes advertising the jobs, interviewing etc Kearney should be given some slack, i reckon hes got a lot of promise, like you said, he inherited this **** fight, he should be given a chance whilst the administration sort out their mess
I said before...i reckon roberts should have sandow inside him on some attacking plays. Kearney has sandow and roberts on either side of the ruck as first receivers.
