Hagler identifies with Pacs style because it is similar to his own and Pac is also a lefty. I can understand that.I think that some of the old frustrations he had with Leonard came to the surface and was driving his opinion. However, a man with a similar style to Mayweather beat his ass so I wouldnt put much weight in what he has to say. Hagler hates everything that fighters like SRL and FMM represent. He was a blue collar fighter(ATG for sure but he never had that real star power and he resents fighters who got it. Sad but true.:bbb

to be honest Floyd is doing what Ray did. Waiting for Manny to look old so he can beat him. Ray waited until Hagler had the tough fights with Hearns and then the one year off after Hearns and he looked bad against Mugabi in another hard fight. Two hard fights and a year off again and Ray fought him. Ray knew he could beat him at that time. That is one reason I did not like Ray's tactics in his second career after Hagler. He dictated weights and even won two titles in two divisions on one night fighting Lalonde, which I thought was ridiculous. he waited for Marvin to look bad and he goes on that Maryland TV station to say he wants to fight Marvin. I do think Ray is great, but he sure used things to his favor.
