Mason is horrible....For a man that is 6ft6 and 115kgs he sure doesnt or atleast hasnt played like one should for a very long time..
I put a few more legs on to that multi and it failed miserably, i should have just had them 2
Thats not quite right. Kearney inherited pretty much the same side that Anderson took to the GF. He himself put the broom through it, and replaced them with garbage players. Parra should have never got rid of Anderson. I said it back then, and nothing that Kearney has achieved has made me change my mind. Give him 2 more years, and he'll turn Parra into the 2003/2006 Souths team (years we won 3 games all season).
If, and that's a big "if" Kearney had any sort of say in the hiring of the Eels 2011 squad then I will agree (noway he would own up to it though). The team Kearney inherited was nowhere near the form of the 09 GF, it was a team that got Anderson sacked. The Eels dont look like winning too many games this season so they could turn out to be the 2003/2006 Bunnies.
Kearney started putting the broom through the joint before the pre season had even got into full swing. You talk about form, well thats where Kearney is paid to do his job. If players arent producing under him, then the coach takes the responsibility.
Kearney hasnt ever done anything to suggest to me he is a good HEAD COACH.. He had wayne bennett helping him when NZ shocked oz in tri nations and the world cup. And had the very fortunate role of being Craig bellamy's number 2 at the storm.. Just a very lucky man who has had all his coaching roles handed to him due to his former on field abilities... Parra are hopeless and he should be sacked mid yr if they aint in the top 8..
Royce Simmonds has just been sacked by St Helens. Parra to be coached by a Penny great by mid season perhaps?1 :hey
Kearney hasnt and probably never will have any sort of team at Parra that will get them near the top of the comp. He will be dusted
are you kidding? the idea that parra dont have the players is laughable. moi moi hindmarsh maitua mannah poore hayne tonga roberts mcguire nearly 2/3 of the team has represented state or country. throw in the ultra consistent burt and allegedly talented sandow and youve got the makings of a top 8 team AT LEAST.. give bellamy this team and theyd be top six...garanteed..
Moi moi is just a one trick pony, no idea of positional play, no real ball playing capabilities etc, just straight up & down crash & bash Hindmarsh is a great player but he's running on tired legs & he's surrounded by blokes who don't have as much collective ticker as he does Reni Matua has potential but he's not a leader, he's a bit like Sutton, plenty of ability but goes missing & has been out of the game for a while Mannah & poore ate just workhorses they need some aggression, mannah seems like too nice a bloke, both good tradesmen like props, every club needs them but parra need a few more who are prepared to really rip in Hayne, sandow, Roberts? All need a dominant leader type playmaker guiding the team around so they can pull out the freak plays, not sure what it is about these blokes but they strike me as mentally fragile
tigers year has started off worse than any in recent memory IMO... Mason is the icing on the cake no heart no mongrel no guts no determination a poison to any team he joins **** him
Shaun fensom and dugan both out for six weeks apparently. Big dent to the raiders. Shaun fensom - this guy has impressed me heaps this year. I sort of missed him last year....so whats the deal, was he tops last year as well? How do you fellas rate him? I like how he runs great lines and also tackles everything that moves. Rep player? Has he played any rep footy?
Im a saints man and it sounds funny, but im not too concerned that beau scott is leaving. i cant believe anyone would sign him for 4 years. Thats very very optimistic imo. Ijust dont see him being the player he is now, 4 years Down the track. Speed is a big factor in the nrl...he is only going to get slower, he isnt the Fastest guy around.
