    It routinely happens in Bangkok week in week out, fight bill after fight bill clean head shots taken no problem. Have you ever seen much Muay Thai?

    Like a punch it very often depends on where the punch lands and with what part of the foot, shin etc.

    I know it's obvious in Muay Thai. I should've been more specific with MMA though.
