One thing I will say Jim is that I think our squad need to be more on the ball. It's a joke to chase after a prediction the way we did. No prediction more than 3 times is :dead for me. What you say capo?

Yeah send me fight over, we will pick ours and give fights to our more deserving squad onwards :think

 

The only problem with any type of "cull" so to speak is that there are very few members that could be replacements. With ten fights a week, Europe were struggling for members and I think until anyone is in line to join and put in the commitment then we are best as we are.

Obviously the less reliable the poster, the fewer/easier fights they'll be given in order for us to focus on the more difficult affairs.

 

I don't wanna cull anyone mate, most of the squad are people I have known for a year +

All I ask is that they pick their fights. 5 days notice isn't too much to ask is it?
