Working on the inside game for Khan = working on getting Joe Cortez as the ref in this fight.

A good trainer focuses and develops based on the fighters tendencies and comforts. Roach had to see that Khan lacked an inside game, and likley because Khan didn't LIKE to fight on the inside. Instead, he worked on strategies that complemented his strengths (which trainers are supposed to do). It's up to the fighters to decide to develop weaknesses and Khan hasn't done that. Yet. He probably has now though which is why Peterson will have an even tougher time in the rematch.

The gameplan for Team Khan is simple. Try to overwhelm Peterson with his handspeed from the outside & when Peterson gets close, clinch immediately. That's the gameplan. Khan ain't ****ing with Peterson on the inside. That isn't his game. Peterson been doing it since he was a kid.

Khan lets this guy step inside his jab and the man works on him all night long, double body punches him, combines body and head, solid blasts him back and possibly stuns him. Khan's chances are all on the outside or else he wouldn't push this guy away in the first fight and lose points. This is just hype and talk, believe me, Khan doesn't want to be outmuscled in close, he wants to catch this solid but short straight puncher on the way in with jabs, str8 rights, long hooks and tie him up.

Nice! Please go to war on the inside Amir as I would love seeing you massacred. If Khan thinks a few months of training to fight inside is gonna give him the ability to beat a guy who's been profficient his entire career at inside fighting then **** yeah I'm stoked for this slaughter and the end of Amir as a top level operator.

Why all the hate for Khan again?

Some people just try and hate for the stupidest ****ing reasons.

All these pictures of Khan pushing heads down and **** is making people forget that he only lost that fight on point deductions. Yeah, he can't fight on the inside... We all knew he couldn't anyway.

He needs to improve the inside stuff but really needs to keep at a distance and pick off Lamont as Lamont comes in

Khan typically won the 1st minute of every round and would peter out
