There was an implication... But all of your arguments are stating if this happened then the other WILL happen.. They didn't say that.. They said why wouldn't you think he would, based off the other.. And I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be suspicious..

I agree that would be a great way of doing it, but I haven't heard any of the fighters rejecting it stating cost is the reason.. They simply don't want to take stricter testing, for whatever reason.. I think that says more than someone requesting a fighter take it, but guess that's just me.

Which testing is better is not debatable. It isn't even the debate here. The debate is whether Sergio threw this in as a way to get out of the fight he demanded. If he is true to his word, he will use this as a way out of the fight. I'm not defending illegal drug use of any sort. My point is simply Sergio knew he couldn't demand this in the first place so why make it a deal breaker if he truly wanted the fight?

Arguing over this is so irrelevant and off subject, so you can just refer to it as "Mayweather's portion of GBP" :nut

OSDT is random blood and Urine testing year round right? This is for when the contract is signed up to the fight. The time frame is different :conf

    Rudyard,

I find your posts rather offensive, even by ESB forum standards, and that's really saying something.

I suggest that you go away, and come back later once you've grown up.

Wlad/Povetkin. Povetkin demanded testing. Wlad said sure but when I come up clean, you pay the costs. Last time Povetkin's camp mentioned it. I've seen some wild figures on the cost but won't repeat them because I don't know they are accurate.

I think this is a mute point. This fight isn`t going to happen no matter what the demands are. If you read the article over on fighthype.com where Jr talks about fighting Vanes or Andy Lee he clearly the idea of fighting Segio Martinez hasn't even entered his mind. About the closest he comes to contemplating a fight between himself and Sergio is when he says a lee fight would be good because fighting a lefty would be useful practice incase for when he one day fights Sergio. That doesn`t sound like a guy who is seriously contemplating fighting a guy right now.

There is always a flip side to things...why is it that JR is declining a simple test???

You're pretty much making assumptions about Martinez looking for a way out! He has every right to ask for extra testing.

I seriously dont understand how you guys are trying to imply that Martinez is looking for a way out by asking for extra testing!

Yeah, I really don't know **** about them but I've heard other people say that they are most valuable between camps. I guess probably some would be, I really don't know. Hair follicle testing is supposed to be good for up to 6 months though. NO ONE in the fight game dares even bring that one up.

:thumbsup Didn't know this.. Glad Wlad spoke up and said something, now only if the rest of these fighters refusing had an actual reason besides it's not required.
