He has the right to ask for extra testing. He doesn't have the right to demand it. He knew that going in. Like I've said. My personal opinion is that if someone (Sergio in this case) is willing to pay for it, the boxing commission should then honor that request and make it mandatory for that bout. Simple as that.

What makes it an out in this one particular case is as I've stated. Sergio demanded the fight knowing the applicable rules. While he is free to request more testing, he shouldn't have demanded the fight unless he was willing to abide by those rules if Jr didn't agree to the extra testing. Again, I'm not defending Jr's position here. I'm simply giving the reality of what Martinez KNEW when he was calling Jr out. Demanding Jr be stripped for not agreeing so he can fight for the vacant title? :rofl That says "press points" to me and leads me to believe he never really wanted it. My opinion. :good

Don't let facts get in the way of the BS that goes on here.:) "Jr called it OSDT it must be true" Jr finally stops calling OSDT because he was wrong. Then It is "Jr never called it OSDT! He never said it " ARRRRR

I respect your opinion and I see some of your points...Me personally, he may feel he might be on something and he wants to ensure an even playing field. Just a thought!

Personally, I'd be more surprised if Jr was clean than if he was proven dirty. That was never the point. I think Sergio has been treated poorly by the orgs since winning the titles. But, and there is always a but, he called out the WBC champ but is refusing to play by the WBC rules? How do I take that as a serious call out? I might have let it go if he hadn't then rambled on about having the WBC strip Jr so he could fight for the vacant title. That reeks of misdirection since it wouldn't happen. You don't strip the champ for not giving in on things he isn't required to do.

Diuretics flush your system and the majority of "cheats" are caught positive for them than the actual PED.

It's pretty clever is Martinez and camp are setting JCCjr up with this one. If Jr comes back and says; "I want to fight Sergio, but the testing is an issue, and I don't think I should be subjected to it, everything else is fine by me blah blah blah'. Then Sergio turns around and says that testing is no longer an issue, then it puts the Jr camp in a bind.

Are you on crack? All is settled but the testing. There is nothing to put the other camp in a bind about. You haven't read a thing but the thread title have you? :patsch
