I dont think he will, but if he does, what happens?

    Pointless Ward-Froch rematch?

If Froch beats Bute there will be a rematch in Canada. If Froch beats him twice then we will probably see Ward vs Froch II! Because I am sure a Carl with big confidence will want that and Andre will agree.

If Froch beats Bute it would be a close or controversial decision and a rematch in Canada.

Correct. The other way around however is not 'on'. Froch loses --> it ends there.

Yeah, what does Froch do if he loses? His options seem limited.
    Blame weight and move up?

nah cause Ward is king regardless. There would just be a Froch and Bute rematch.

This is Froch's last stand. He's already lost to Kessler and Ward. If he loses to Bute he's lost to the top three SMWs. He's getting older. I could see him taking a 'farewell' fight in Nottingham...a much easier fight than Bute...and calling it a day.

No?? There are still some entertaining fights left that would include BUTE unless he moves up to LHW.

    Bute- Dirrell

    Bute - Ward

    Dirrell - Ward

    Pavlik - Froch
