    Now fella's i've had more then a few captain's mention how hard it's becoming to send picks in due to people just not bothering to reply or reply but then not make a call until near or after deadlines.

    Captain's straight to the point if they mess you about **** em off out of it and get new people in or just go on without them. Quality over quantity!.

    It might be a idea to sort something out when people who aren't online can be contacted or contact captains. E-mails/Text's....

    Let me know if you do p45 someone, i'll happily remove them...

    Gone with 7pm this week, gives people a chance to do there things and get it in.

    With regards to tomorrow i'll be out most of day so any questions will not be replied to sadly so ask your captain's or check OP. Shouldn't be to complicated but knowing some of you lot :lol:......
