Judah has had excellent career, and given us some great efforts. I'm a fan, but one who feels he should retire. I have feeling he did not put money aside, common mistake for to many boxers.
i've ask'd this to myself many many times. i've never seen a boxer get the benefit of the doubt as much as zab judah
With all due respect, Zab has been in the game a long time, and he's been in with the best of the best, and has usually come out on top. He's always in shape, and will fight anyone. In his fight with Amir, he just couldn't deal with a guy that was faster and threw lots of combos. No shame in that really. I would've liked to have seen Judah let his hands go, but maybe he was being patient and looking for openings rather than go all out. The truth is, we just don't know. And against Mabuza, Judah ****ed him up. And against Matthysse, he stayed the course, even though some felt he lost. But, he was there in the end. It's unfair to be so harsh on a guy that has provided us with some great fights and it's definitely b.s. to call the guy a quitter.
