At this point Leapai has proven he is willing to take on tough opposition. But de Mori has a photo with him and Don King. Very tough to call.
It will take Mark deMori 2 to 3 years fighting and beating quality opposition just to get to where Alex Leapai is at now. Meanwhile Leapai is taking on the world and has 'Kingpin' Johnson up next.
The thing is, as soon as DeMori steps up to fight the quality of blokes that Alex has beat - DeMori will get exposed, no doubt. If DeMori was all that, he'd of cleaned out the best Oz heavyweights, instead of avoiding them - and lets face it, you wouldnt have to be even that great to clean out the heavies, barring Leapai. Just my opinion.
Right now, Alex has done more, but both have done **** all globally. Who will have achieved more by the end of their careers? Who knows.
If Alex beats Johnson he will be in the mix according to this article. http://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=31283&more=1
If Leapai beats Jonhson (specially by KO) I would be ok with him getting a title shot (not that it would be guaranteed or anything, but he would be in the mix). Just my opinion.
