I put the blame on Floyd since Manny will fight anyone put in front of him ..I think Floyd would school Manny but he is to balme for the fight not getting made .

 

Personally blame Arum for his reluctance to deal with Floyd,

None of us have any idea what happened in the negotiations just what we have been fed.

 

Arum. He has made it clear he will block the fight no mather what kind of **** he has to pull. Floyd is ducking too, but where it not because of Arum he could perhaps be persuaded with money now when Pac is past peak.
