Do you understand the politics of working in the public eye? You can't just off the cuff say everything on your mind. You have to be reasonably calculated about it.

And even saying that, Bunce is pretty passionate, when he sees something wrong he calls it. He even mentions fights Sky are showing, something they have some kind off issue with doing for Boxnation fights if I recall correctly.

You've clearly got some kind of personal issue with the guy, you'd be better off admitting that rather than trying to talk as if you are capable of identifying better quality punditry to replace him.
