Bradley Pryce vs. Patrick Mendy, 10 rounds @ middleweight

 

Round 1

Mendy comes menacing with his left jab, holding it in a low sling when not throwing it. Right hands over the top by Mendy. Pryce backs up and throws a neck-level left hook. Bryce dances off the ropes, kicking his feet back up behind him. Jabs by Mendy. Pryce steps left and lands a sneaky jab of his own. 1-2 by Mendy, glancing. Quick left hook by Mendy, scraping Pryce's cheek. Pryce hops to his left, and gets trapped by the ropes with an uppercutting combo from Mendy. Long strong jabs by Mendy. Pryce is backed nearly into a corner, and then speared into the ropes with a jab to the chest. Cuffing hook by Mendy.

Round 2

Mendy jabs at the back of the head as Pryce bows in missing a body jab. Mendy slips a jab and lands a clubbing left. Pryce is getting countered with quick jabs as he misses his. Mendy is dancing around, shimmying his shoulders, throwing rights to the body and jabs to the head. Nothing hurried, and few combos. There's a 1-2 by Mendy from outside, buzzing Pryce. Several nice jabs by Mendy. Pryce backs up to the ropes with his hands down, staring Mendy down.

20-18 Mendy

 

Round 3

Mendy is circling and attacking with the jab. Pryce is turning up the aggression, landing some right hands coming forward. Mendy backs up, slips shots, and jabs Pryce in the face. Mendy is circling out wide to the left. Pryce is jabbing hard at the body but missing. Mendy backs into a corner and eats a hook. Pryce keeps coming forward, throwing body shots.
