Jennings is another American in the HW mix!

  1. Seth Mitchell,Deontay Wilder,Kevin Johnson,Eddie Chambers and now Bryant Jennings.

Jennings just whacked a tougher guy then anyone Boytsov's beaten and Jennings has far less experience! Imagine that! Jennings is for real and America is still very much in the HW picture. The USA waits until our guys are actually good though before declaring them future champions unlike Europe where all you need is a pair of gloves to be declared a HW god.
He made a former champ look like a total fat Euro *****.

*side note. The NBC card was way better than the HBO card tonight in every way.

One disadvantage of American HWs is that they usually start their careers so late, after trying other sports.

Jennings is no exception, and probably needs a bit of polishing before he can take on the other top heavies.

He is in shape, focused, and seems to be about business. Good for him.

I like Byarm as a prospect better than Jennings.

Lets not make this out like it's some great victory, Liahkovich has been shot to hell since losing the belt to Brewster. Losing to Jennings furthers solidifies that he's DONE and needs to look for other work.

Jennings looked good tonight. I don't think he is ready for top rated Americans like Chauncy Welliver or Seth Mitchell yet though.

Line em up and wlad would give them the eddie chambers treatment

  11. I understand that but the double standard is,Helenius was declared a future HW god when he beat a fat Sam Peter. All Sam Peter ever did was grab a WBC belt. Liahkovich had a belt too once but Jennings beat him with ease and barely has any fights compared to Helenius.

  12. The fat guy? Byarm is a nice man and everything and can punch a little but he showed up 25 pounds overweight for his biggest fight. Not a good sign but then again,Arreola is always overweight so who knows!

Missed this fight while watching the Kirkland/Molina farce.

Did Jennings beat him more decisively than Helenius?
